2020-2021 Pre-Kindergarten Applications for 4-year-olds are being accepted.
St. Mary’s County Public Schools are accepting applications for children who are 4 years old before September 1, 2016.
Completed applications will be screened and determined as meeting *income eligibility verification (Priority 1) or over income (Priority 2) and placed on a waitlist. Families who qualify based on their income, household size, and risk factors will be placed where seats are available.
The applications of Priority 2 children will be reviewed and considered for placement by rank order and risk factors after November 16, 2020.
You may contact the elementary school in your home district for an application packet and the acceptable sources of income verification that are required.
*Income eligibility verification requirements are established by the number of people in the household and yearly income established by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
Note: Due to social distancing guidelines and group size, all full-day programs are now half-day programs until further notice.
