Community Survey #2 – Now Open

SMCPS is continuing to gather community input on the Facility Utilization and School Boundary Study through Community Survey #2.

  • The survey asks about your level of support for various options being considered by grade level.
  • You may respond for one or more grade spans, depending on your interest or connection.
  • A few questions about you and your relationship to SMCPS help ensure we hear from a broad cross-section of our school communities.
  • The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete.
  • Survey #2 will close on December 5, 2025.

If you would like to review the options again before beginning the survey, please use the maps and presentation materials posted above, then follow the link to Community Survey #2.
