Community Forum #2 – Materials and Survey
As part of the Facility Utilization and School Boundary Study (“Redistricting”), St. Mary’s County Public Schools (SMCPS) hosted Community Forum #2 – Possible Options on November 12, 13, and 14, 2025.
At these three events, families and community members reviewed possible redistricting options and shared feedback on how best to use school facilities and balance enrollment over time.
The forums are now complete, and the materials shared at those meetings are available below.
How This Information Is Used
The materials in this section reflect earlier work completed by St. Mary’s County Public Schools in partnership with families and community members during Community Forum #2 in November 2025. The feedback, data review, and options explored at these meetings helped inform the analysis and discussion that followed and served as an important foundation for the recommendations presented to the Board of Education in February 2026.
