Currently, Clever administration panels, and SMCPS accounts for Administrators and Supervisors are required for MFA. Staff are able to utilize the Microsoft MFA app on their SMCPS iPad, therefore there is no need to worry about personal devices being used for professional duties. The Microsoft MFA will eventually include other such applications such as Gmail, eFinance, EAC, and RingCentral.
Again, staff are able to utilize the Microsoft Authenticator app already pushed to all Staff SMCPS iPads to setup MFA for use with these applications and more. There will be no need to use your personal devices for professional duties outside of personal preference.
