If a student's laptop is in need of a repair, please submit an IT service desk ticket (formerly Helpdesk). The tickets entered into our Service Desk get routed to the site based technicians. Please be as specific as possible in your request details. We have service desk instructions for students if you need assistance.

• Keyboard replacement: $60
• Screen replacement: $80
• Battery: $85
• Hinge replacement: $40
• Other internal repair: price varies based on repair type
• Full laptop replacement starts at $350
  • Virtual Academy laptops are $818

A laptop charger costs $35.

A fine will be assessed and can be paid using My School Bucks. Please pay the INVOICE. Do not add funds to a meal account.
