The Meal Benefit Application for the 2026-2027 school year is open!

Please apply online! Paper applications are available upon request for returning students. 

All families are encouraged to apply early, as a new application is required every school year—even if your student qualified last year.

Completing a Meal Benefit Application helps determine your student’s eligibility for free or reduced-price meals and ensures continued access to important programs and resources.

What You’ll Need to Apply:

Before starting your application, have the following information ready:

• Student name, date of birth, grade level, school, and student ID

• Income details for all household members (including adults and children not enrolled in SMCPS)

• Contact information for your household

One application per household should include all students and household members.
