The Board of Education of St. Mary’s County on behalf of St. Mary’s County Public Schools (SMCPS) is requesting sealed bids from experienced and qualified Contractor to perform
commercial grade kitchen refrigeration repairs, maintenance, installations and services at school and office locations.
The resulting contract shall be awarded for a period of one (1) year with SMCPS having the option for four (4) additional one year periods. SMCPS reserves the right to award the requirements of this bid in total or in part as it determines to be in the best interest of SMCPS. SMCPS reserves the right to make multiple awards. Contract awards are subject to the availability of funding. Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation notice.

The Board of Education of St. Mary’s County on behalf of St. Mary’s County Public Schools (SMCPS) is requesting sealed bids from experienced and qualified Contractors to provide services to pump and transport waste from sewage, septic, lift stations and grease traps as needed at locations throughout the school system. Contractors responding to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) must be available by telephone twentyfour (24) hours a day, three hundred and sixty-five (365) days a year, and be able to arrive at a worksite within two (2) hours of receiving an emergency call from SMCPS.
The resulting contract shall be awarded for a period of one (1) year with SMCPS having the option to extend the contract for four (4) additional one-year periods. SMCPS reserves the right to award the requirements of this bid in total or in part as it determines to be in the best interest of SMCPS.
SMCPS reserves the right to make multiple awards. Contract awards are subject to the availability of funding. Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation notice.

The Board of Education of St. Mary’s County on behalf of St. Mary’s County Public Schools (SMCPS) is requesting sealed bids from experienced and qualified Contractors to perform the replacement of the emergency generator at Leonardtown High School, 23995 Point Lookout Rd, Leonardtown, MD.  All work must be completed by August 15, 2025.

The resulting contract shall be awarded for a period of one 60 days after receipt of Generator from Manufacturer. SMCPS reserves the right to award the requirements of this bid in total or in part as it determines to be in the best interest of SMCPS. SMCPS reserves the right to make multiple awards. The Board of Education of St. Mary’s County on behalf of St. Mary’s County Public Schools

(SMCPS) is requesting sealed bids from experienced and qualified Vendors to supply, deliver an

Electric Vehicle (EV) Kit for use in the Career and Technical Education (CTE) Auto Tech and Electrical Programs within the Dr. James A. Forest Career Tech Center.  CTE students will use the kit over the course of a semester to apply skills learned throughout their program.   Kit to include electric vehicle, curriculum instruction, instructor workshops and be compliant with Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) requirements for CTE.

The resulting contract shall be awarded for a period of one (1) year.
