Base bid to provide labor and material to update the existing Building Management System (BMS) in the facility locations to the Niagara based Facility Explorer platform to create a single point of access to the facility HVAC systems per the base bid scope of work identified in Specifications Section VI per the locations and systems identified. Additional labor and material markup pricing to be utilized for additional building automation system service repairs, maintenance, and installation as necessary for the duration of the contract.
