Purchase a Replacement Diploma
If you require a new copy of your St. Mary's County Public Schools diploma, you will need to fill out an online form and then make your payment online through MySchoolBucks. For more information on the process, check out the Replacement Diplomas page.
Shoe Fund Donations
The St. Mary’s County Public Schools’ shoe fund provides shoes to school-age children in the public schools who need shoes, but who have limited financial resources. Requests for shoes are highest at the beginning of the school year, but continue to be requested and provided throughout the remainder of the school year. The shoe fund is supported entirely by donations from the community. Requests for shoes are particularly high in tough economic times. Contributions to the shoe fund are accepted from business organizations, community clubs and groups, and especially from individuals.
One hundred percent of the contributions received for this fund are used to purchase shoes for students.
Facilities Use Payment Link
School Facilities can be reserved by organizations, after-school programs, and other groups in the community. This reservation process is managed using an online service called SchoolDude. Below are resources for logging in and making reservations, and videos explaining everything in greater detail. For more information contact your school's main office.
Use of school facilities applications - The use of SMCPS facilities and grounds for community purposes is encouraged in accordance with the Public School Law of Maryland.
The organization requesting to use SMCPS facilities must comply with SMCPS Policy KF.
