Summer Arts Academy

Registration for the Summer Arts Academy will open March 17th!

• Dates: June 23-26 (4 days)
• Anticipated Registration Dates: March 17 -  May 26
• Times: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
• Location: Margaret Brent Middle School
• Grades: Rising 5th graders - rising 9th graders. Students must have at least 1 year of experience and bring their own instrument for band or orchestra majors.
• Cost: $225

Description:

At the Summer Arts Academy, students have the opportunity to explore multiple topics in the arts through engagement in the creative process.  Participating students select a camp "major" to focus on during the week. 

The available opportunities include art, band, orchestra, and theatre. 

Additionally, students have the opportunity to participate in two "minors."  

Examples of previous opportunities, subject to change, include: bucket drumming, composing, musical theatre, cartoon art, and piano.
