Internet Outage

On Thursday, June 26, 2025, at approximately 7:45 a.m., an unscheduled outage on the Maryland State network caused service disruptions across our system. Their teams are working to repair and restore the network; however, at this time, we do not have an ETA for restoration on their end. 

In response, our team quickly rerouted core services through an alternate provider to restore functionality. While some services may appear back online, an additional infrastructure upgrade is required to ensure continued stability and performance during this outage. 

As we finalize the upgrade, there will be additional brief disruptions in service. Once complete, we will be able to continue to provide network and core services at all sites except Oakville, White Marsh, Lettie Dent, and Mechanicsville elementary schools. The four affected elementary school sites will, unfortunately, remain without a network until the State fiber repairs are completed.
