LEONARDTOWN, MD – Superintendent of Schools, Dr. J. Scott Smith, announces the administrative appointment made by the Board of Education at its meeting of November 6, 2024.
The Board appointed Ms. Lauren Grierson as a Coordinator of Food and Nutrition Services in the Department of Food and Nutrition Services. Ms. Grierson holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Alabama and a Bachelor’s Degree from Radford University. Ms. Grierson currently serves as a Renal Dietitian for Somatus, Inc., in McLean, VA.
Ms. Grierson’s appointment will become effective November 12, 2024.
