The EAP is a free, confidential, referral and counseling service available to balance the challenges of home, work and contemporary life. You and your family may use these services at any time.
You may call 1-866-327-2400 to arrange for an appointment. Availability 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year via the toll-free Helpline. Helpline is answered "live" 24/7. Toll-Free TTY Service for the Hearing Impaired: 1-800-735-2989.
One benefit the EAP provides is the "Take the High Road Program" which allows EAP participants to be reimbursed for cab fares in order to arrive home safely should they be impaired or incapacitated to drive. This service is available once per year per participant with a maximum reimbursement of $45.00 (excludes tip).
