St. Mary's County Public Schools invites all Contractors to participate in the bidding of our projects.

  • All contractors wishing to offer a proposal or bid to St. Mary's County Public Schools are required to have a current "Contractor Qualification Questionnaire" on file.
  • Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Utilization:  Recent State laws require all bidders to disclose the MBE utilization that is made up within their final bid price.  All forms, disclosure statements, and requirements for MBE may be found under the Forms quick link.
  • Bond Requirements:  All projects with a Base Bid over $50,000 require the Contractor to provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond.

  • Please be advised that absolutely no site visits are permitted on any St. Mary’s County Public Schools' property without prior authorization. Theatrical Lighting and Audiovisual Systems Replacements at Chopticon High, Great Mills High, and Leonardtown High Schools

St. Mary's County Public Schools, Leonardtown, Maryland, invites sealed bids for the Theatrical Lighting and Audiovisual Systems Replacements at Chopticon High, Great Mills High, and Leonardtown High Schools. The experience to perform this work must be clearly demonstrated in a current Contractor’s Statement of Experience to be submitted with the bid.
Electronic copies of the proposed Contract Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, may be obtained from St. Mary’s County Public Schools, Department of Design and Construction, 27190 Point Lookout Road, Loveville, Maryland 20656. Drawings and Specifications will be available beginning March 6, 2020 during normal office hours 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at a cost of thirty dollars ($30.00) per set (non-refundable).
Payment must be in the form of a check or certified money order.
Drawings and Specifications will not be available after the request for information (RFI) deadline.
