Graduating from high school is a major milestone in life. Yet sometimes our diplomas, the physical evidence of this achievement, can get misplaced or even destroyed. Or perhaps you just want an extra one.

Paper request forms can only be paid with check, money order, or cash (in person).
- ALL request forms for replacement diplomas must be completed and signed by the student for which the diploma is being requested.
- A copy of a photo ID must be provided with the request.

- Duplicate Diploma less than 1 year from graduation (Standard – 4 weeks from date order placed), $9.15 each
- Duplicate Diploma less than 1 year from graduation (RUSH - 10 business days from date order placed), $16.65 each
- Duplicate Diploma greater than 1 year from graduation (Standard - 4 weeks from date order placed), $33.50 each
- Duplicate Diploma greater than 1 year from graduation (RUSH - 10 business days from date order placed), $41.00 each
