This 18-page document contains the full organizational charts for St. Mary’s County Public Schools (SMCPS) for the 2025–2026 school year. Each page presents one division or department in a visual hierarchy chart. All charts use consistent formatting, labeling, colors, and structure. The charts illustrate reporting relationships, leadership roles, departmental groupings, and major functional units across the school system.

The charts are arranged from district-wide leadership down to individual operational departments. The top-level systemwide organizational structure appears first, followed by each major department and division. The final pages drill down into specialized operational teams such as Transportation, IT, Maintenance, and Food Service.
