The Potential Instructional Leaders of Tomorrow's Schools (PILOTS) group is a selected group of teacher leaders, identified by their principals as future leaders. This group meets periodically with the Superintendent and school system leadership staff in preparation for future leadership roles. The PILOTS group is the first step in moving forward in leadership development. PILOTS have an opportunity to apply for and participate in the Superintendent's Leadership Development Academy as the second step in their preparation as future leaders in the school system.
