Coming Soon: MSDE Parent Involvement Survey

Families will soon be receiving a Parent Involvement Survey from the Maryland State Department of Education.
Beginning in May/June 2012,
The Survey will be available to parents of children ages 3 through 21 who are receiving special education services through their local school system for the current school year. Parents will have the option of completing the paper Survey they receive or completing the Survey on the Internet. The Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) has conducted this same Survey previously. Parents can respond for the remainder of the school year, as well as during July and August. Please encourage parents to make their voices heard!
The Department of Special Education sees parent input on this annual survey as a priority and as a valuable tool to support the continued support of families, students and staff within St. Mary's County.
