From Baltimore

From I-695, take I-97 South to Route 3 South to Route 301 South.  From Route 301 South take Route 4 Southeast.  Continue on Route 4, cross over the Thomas Johnson Bridge, entering St. Mary’s County.  At the intersections of Route 4 and Route 235, stay on Route 4 for 7 miles.  At the end of Route 4,  make slight right onto Route 5 North.  Travel 1.6 miles, turn right onto Moakley Street.   St. Mary’s County Public Schools’ Administrative Offices will be the last building on the right, 23160 Moakley Street, Leonardtown, Maryland 20650. 

 

From Northern Virginia/Washington, D.C.

From I-495/I-95North, cross over the Woodrow Wilson Bridge into Maryland.  Take Exit 3A, Indian Head Highway/Route 210 South.  Make left on Route 228 toward Waldorf.  Route 228 becomes Route 5 after crossing Route 301 in Waldorf.    Follow Route 5 to Route 235.  Past Mechanicsville and approximately 5 miles from the county line, bear to the right and stay on Route 5.  Go 11.2 miles, turn left onto Moakley Street. St. Mary’s County Public Schools’ Administrative Offices will be the last building on the right, 23160 Moakley Street, Leonardtown, Maryland 20650. 

 

From Washington, D.C.

From I-95 South, Exit 7A (Waldorf) to Route 5 South.  North of Waldorf, Route 5 joins Route 301 South. After approximately 2 miles, follow Route 5 bypass signs toward Leonardtown.  Follow Route 5 to Route 235.  Past Mechanicsville and approximately 5 miles from the county line, bear to the right and stay on Route 5.  Go 11.2 miles, turn left onto Moakley Street. St. Mary’s County Public Schools’ Administrative Offices will be the last building on the right, 23160 Moakley Street, Leonardtown, Maryland 20650. 

 

From Richmond, Virginia

I-95 North, to Route 207 East.  From Route 207 East take Route 301, cross over the Harry Nice Bridge into Maryland.  From the bridge go four miles, turn right onto Route 234.  Follow Route 234 to Route 5 South. Make slight right on Route 5 South.  Go 1.5 miles and turn left onto Moakley Street.  St. Mary’s County Public Schools’ Administrative Offices will be the last building on the right, 23160 Moakley Street, Leonardtown, Maryland 20650.
