The budget office is responsible for coordinating the development, and managing of the school system fiscal school year budget.  Processes budget transfer requests, and development of monthly financial statements for the Superintendent’s cabinet and support teams.  Also, this office handles various other responsibilities/activities such as the coordination of position control, risk management insurance, development of school allotments, ethics financial disclosure reporting, etc.  The budget office works with and supports the efforts of site administrators and their staff who are involved in finance/budget related matters.
