LEONARDTOWN, MD – The Board of Education of St. Mary’s County, at their meeting on March 11, 2010, approved the contract award for the construction contract for the limited renovation of Leonardtown Middle School. The contract was awarded to J. A. Scheibel, Incorporated. The project was completed as scheduled and the final phase of the project was put into use for the second half of the 2011-2012 school year. The ribbon cutting ceremony for this project will take place on Tuesday,
