Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The EAP is a free, confidential, referral and counseling service available to balance the challenges of home, work and contemporary life. You and your family may use these services at any time.
You may call 1-800-778-3277 or 1-800-842-2797 to arrange for an appointment. It's best to call during normal work hours, but a counselor is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in case of emergency.
