School Boundary Advisory Committee
The School Boundary Advisory Committee was established in November 2011 for the purpose of reviewing redistricting options for implementation in the 2012-2013 school year. The links below provide additional information on the current redistricting effort.

UPDATE On February 8, 2012, the Board approved the realignment plan. The plan reassigns St. Mary’s Crossing and Settlers Landing, which are both planned unit developments that are just beginning site work and/or construction, from Evergreen Elementary School to Town Creek Elementary School. This plan redistricts no current students. The approved plan is effective at the beginning of the 2012 – 2013 school year. There is a new elementary school that is planned to open in August 2015 near Cemetery Road in Leonardtown. The opening of this elementary school will require a large redistricting effort which may affect the Indian Bridge Road area, as well as other areas in Leonardtown and California. |
