The principle of confidentiality underlines all policies and procedures for the collection, maintenance, disclosure, and destruction of education records. Educational records entrust information to others and, as such, obligate those others to safeguard and protect the confidentiality of any personal identifiable information

I understand that the student data is a part of a student’s educational records and is therefore protected by federal and state statutes as well as district policies. I, therefore, agree to keep this data confidential. Failure to comply with this confidentiality statement may make you subject to disciplinary and or legal actions.
